나라가 잘 살게 되면서 나도 잘 살게 되었던 변화를 직접 목도한 사람에게 "국가가 잘 되어야 내가 잘 산다!" 라는 말은 이상하게 들리지 않는다. 국가 공동체를 신뢰하지 않는 우리 세대에게 저 말은 일종의 선전이다. 투표 방식의 차이를 개인이 사회적 경험을 통해 구성한 결과로 이해할 수 있다면, 결국 이는 개인이 살아온 궤적을 알려주는 '정보'에 가깝다.
